安徽省现代农业产业技术体系岗位专家,安徽省省级科技特派员,国家自然科学基金委评审专家。2013年3月毕业于浙江大学食品科学专业获工学博士学位。主要从事果蔬采后生理与贮运加工、微藻资源开发与综合利用、肠道营养健康领域的研究工作。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、安徽省科技重大专项等项目10余项。以第一/通讯作者发表高质量论文50余篇(入选全球Top 1%“ESI”高引论文),以第一完成人获安徽省科学技术进步二等奖1项。
